Sir,  I send you a parody of a favourite song in the farce
of Thomas and Sally, which it is said was composed by one of
the city petitioners on his road to St. James's palace.
  The clamourous horn calls the rebels abroad, 
  To court, my brave boys, let's away;
  The parliament's up, and the cry of John Wilkes
  Upbraids our too tedious delay.
